Iron Grill is a casual Asian restaurant serving up quick, healthy lunch and dinner options with robust flavors and signature drinks. The owners wanted a brand identity that reflected their fresh, flavorful dishes, offering both a fast, relaxed dining experience and quick, easy takeout.

I had the unique opportunity to collaborate with them early in the process, helping not just with the logo and branding suite, but also with naming the restaurant. Iron Grill draws inspiration from the owner's original plan to feature a Mongolian-style round grill — a nod to the Mongolian warriors who used their iron shields to cook over open flames. Although they ultimately shifted to a hibachi grill due to equipment availability, the strength of the concept and name endured, anchoring the brand's bold, energetic identity.
